Chateau’s Thoughts:
We have reviewed this product and, let’s face it, it’s an expensive item. But if you want to buy a quality lifejacket for your furry friend and you only want to buy once, this is one to consider. Despite general views, not all dogs are great swimmers and the sturdy handle allows you to scoop a tired dog out of the water easily. The leash loop is under the handle, possibly a minor design shortcoming. The reflective trim shows up well in low light situations. We were surprised that the jacket seemed short on the back but found this allows for easy movement and is less likely to catch on other objects. And, after all, human life jackets don’t cover the whole torso either!
